The role of a Switch Consulting recruitment consultant revolves around business-to-business sales, commercial customer service and generating revenue while engaging with clients, candidates and your colleagues.
Recruitment is a sales focused environment. As a Recruitment Consultant you will sell your expertise and recruitment services to both candidates and clients, building and developing business relationships that are mutually beneficial. You will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, presenting quality candidates to clients, and negotiating salary packages and fee rates.
Whether or not you have experience in sales or have worked in recruitment before, join us and you will receive exceptional support and coaching from some of the most experienced recruiters in the retail sector, with ‘best practice’ training, coaching and support on a regular basis throughout your career.
You will have regular 1-2-1’s as well as quarterly appraisals with your line manager which will allow you to set and review objectives on an ongoing basis to enable your career progression within the Company.
You will be paid a competitive base salary with the opportunity to receive market leading bonus payments on a quarterly basis. Successful applicants will meet with a manager for an initial informal coffee, to find out more about each other and more about the role; followed by a more structured interview; and finally, a short presentation to your manager and director, on your understanding of the role, where you want to be and how you intend to get there with Switch Consulting.
